At the Park's entrance is a convenience store and rest rooms.

How was the Park of Springs established?
The Valley of Springs abounds in natural springs. A few of them, like Gan Hashlosha, Maayan Harod and Ganei Huga have become institutionalized, National Parks. In contrast, Ein Shokek, Ein Muda and Nahal HaKibbutzim,
which have for years attracted numerous visitors, were left unsupervised.
During the hot days of summer, thousands of visitors would arrive at these spots;
unfortunately some of them harmed the local vegetation and environment.

The Park of Springs initiative was born out of the desire to preserve and renew the region's unique nature.
The Valley of Springs Regional Council, Jewish National Fund, Israel Nature and Parks Authority and the South Jordan Drainage Authority – with the assistance of several government ministries – joined forces to create a unique water park
that is unparalleled in Israel.

The Park contains springs and rivers whose waters flow in the heart of agricultural terrain.
Approximately 15 km of paths were paved in the Park and they lead travelers safely and securely to the springs.
Development activities at the Park are kept to a minimum in respect for the local nature.
Visiting arrangements are designed to allow the Park's nature and vegetation to be replenished.
